Human resource management is the management of human resource department that is designed to maximize management of employees performance in service of an employer’s strategic objectives and primarily concerned with the management of people within organizations focusing on policies through overseeing employee-benefits design, employee recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal and vacation plans and tracking through various of features.

- Payroll : HR manager can pull payroll sheet automatically from the system including employees overtimes, vacations, Penalties, missions, travels, petty Cash, Custody and so on.
- penalty : Manager or Supervisor can make Penalty request to an empeloyee under his supervision and this request goes to specific persons to be approved or rejected.
- Overtime : An Employee can make an overtime request which goes to his managers to approve or reject the request.
- Mission / Travel : An Employee can make a request for a mission or travel and the request goes to his managers to approve or reject .
- Appraisal : An appraisal System for all employees.
- Resignation : An Employee can make a resignation request to leave his company and this request goes to all departments managers to approve this request.
